Back to Square One: the new novel
I have finally completed my first novel and it is available now!
It is part autobiography, part thriller and set against the backdrop of The square music venue. I have included many memories from others who found this venue an important part of their lives.
There is a lot of honesty and many events happened that I have written about, but then I embellish and exaggerate the outcome. I have also included a poem in each chapter.
It has been a real challenge writing a novel, the scale of words and remembering what I have done has been an emotional trawl through my history.
My first book launch was at Rebellion Punk Festival on the Literary Stage and the support was immense. I want the book to feel relatable to others who lived an alternative life shaped by music.
